Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Rental


Conditions for Mobile Home Rental
The booking is valid only after the rental agreement has been signed and a non refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount has been received. The balance of the rent is to be paid on arrival.

Description of the Accommodation:
The accommodation consists of a fully equipped Mobile home with 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Bedding is provided: Sheets, quilt and pillows.

Arrival and Departure times :
Arrival is to be on a Saturday morning from 12 :00.
We ask that the accommodation is vacated the following Saturday at 10:00.
In the event of a late arrival, no extension is possible at the end of the week.

Cancellation:
No refund will be given for a cancellation. The owner is in no way responsible for the transport of the client and no refund will be given if the client is unable to reach the venue.

Use of the Accommodation:
The accommodation is provided in good working order and is maintained regularly. We ask that any article or appliance that is broken or not in working order be indicated, within 24 hours to the owners. Anything item broken by the negligence of the client will be at his own cost.
The lead booker is responsible for his party and should see that the peace and quiet of other users of the venue be respected at all times.
The accommodation must be vacated in a clean and ordered state. If this is not respected cleaning costs will be charged to the client.
Animals are not permitted in the Mobile Home. It is forbidden to smoke in the Mobile Home.
The maximum number of people is limited to six.

Deposit
The sum of 150€ will be required on arrival as a refundable deposit if the accommodation is vacated in a clean and ordered condition.
The premises cannot be used until this deposit has been paid.
The deposit will be returned on the Saturday morning of the departure. In the case of loss, breakage or degradation of the accommodation the cost of repairs will be deducted from this deposit.
The deductions will correspond the necessary receipts, the remainder to be refunded within 2 months.
Should the repairs exceed the deposit amount the client is liable for the full extent of the repairs on the presentation of the receipts.

Inventory
An inventory will be undertaken at the start and the end of the rental period.
The client has 24 hours to indicate any anomaly, after which the accommodation will be deemed in proper repair.
Should the client vacate the accommodation at a time other than that specified for the inventory, this will be undertaken in the absence of the client.

No refund will be given for any premature departure.
